1. Set Up Your Astro Profile

Go to the Your Astro Profile page. Fill in the following:

• Top Goal
• Weekly Focus
• Current Mood
• Biggest Obstacle
• Weekly Schedule
• Motivating Quotes or Reminders

This data personalizes every prompt and page in the system.

2. Use Synced Blocks (Desktop Only)

Use Synced Blocks to mirror profile info across pages.

To Set Up Synced Blocks:

1. On your Astro Profile, highlight a block (like "Top Goal: Run a design agency").
2. Click the six dots (⋮) beside the block > Select Copy and Sync.
3. Paste it into any page (like Goals, Prompts, Tasks).
4. When you update the original on the Astro Profile, it updates everywhere.
